The Student Activities Council (SAC) meets at
various times throughout the year to plan entertainment and other
activities for JSU students. The SAC is the campus programming board
responsible for bringing a variety of entertainment and other events of
JSU. The following SAC committees are made up of interested JSU
students:
- Lights, Camera, You! The Movie Night Committee provides box
office hits throughout the fall and spring for students twice a month
on Tuesday Nights every month.
- Fun in the Sun! The Family Day and J-Day Committee assists
in lining up various forms of entertainment for students and parents
alike. We need people to help with all activities.
 - Attention High Rollers! The Casino Night Committee
coordinates one of the biggest events of the year. The SGA
- fundraiser
is packed with prizes and fun and uses lots of volunteers to make a
memorable event.
- Calling All Cooks! The Cookout on the Quad is a fun
event
to get the semester off to a good start. No apron required.
- We WILL Rock You! The Major Entertainment Committee
needs plenty of volunteers to assist with our concert from personal
band runners to front stage security. We need YOUR help!

Association for college programming, network with other
universities, and bring high quality entertainment to the students of
JSU
